Refund and Returns Policy

At NCERT Batch, we are committed to providing India’s best quality notes. Samples of each note are available on the product page. If you encounter any issues with your notes or order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

We accept requests for returns, refunds, and replacements only under the following conditions:

The product you received is broken or damaged.

The product does not match the specifications mentioned during order placement.

Please note that for returns, deductions for shipping, marketing, operations, and damages may be applied before issuing a refund.

Order cancellations are only valid until we dispatch the products. Once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Please carefully read the terms and conditions before purchasing any digital notes, as you cannot change or cancel your purchase once completed.
